mCanvas Enabled Unique Customer Engagement During Flipkart’s ‘The Big Billion Days’
India’s homegrown e-commerce marketplace, Flipkart promoted ‘The Big Billion Days’ sale on its small house appliances, with mCanvas’ innovative powerful branding solutions - engagements and clicks.
The brand wanted to highlight its offers on three main categories of small house appliances – kitchen, home, and seasonal. mCanvas created a unique gamification experience to engage users. Users were prompted to choose which small house appliance – kitchen, home or seasonal, they wanted to explore the best offers on. If they selected home appliance, the ad challenged them to collect as many items (such as water purifier, and more) in 10 seconds.
They were encouraged to collect the items by tilting their phone left and right; this was powered by the accelerometer and gyroscope motion sensors. The closing screen featured relevant communication, key visuals of home appliances, and the CTA ‘Buy Now’. This experience was replicated for the kitchen and seasonal appliances as well.
mCanvas also created three impactful ads for each product category that featured stunning visuals of the products and offers.
